YOUR ROLE

The Associate operations analyst liaises between the IT teams and the supply chain, acting as the first point of contact for system and process related issues. This analyst works closely with the DC operations, inventory management and IT teams to successfully resolve issues and ensure a smooth flow of operations at the Aldo Group. With a strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse management processes, the analyst will support the operations teams by deep-diving into issues, finding a resolution, providing training on how to resolve each issue in case of a process gap. He/she will be working with the associated team to revise the process and/or enhance the system to avoid/minimize the issues in the future.

• Timely and efficiently resolve IDoc (Intermediate Document) failures from our 3PLs by coordinating with internal and external support teams;
• Understand system integrations between SAP FMS/ECC and the WMS (EWM & 3PL WMS) and business applications (ARUN, MRP, Inventory Adjustments & DC Floor Operations) related to the IDocs monitored;
• Provide support and education within the operations team for process and system related issues;
• Document and create process guides detailing various issues and create a decision tree for how to resolve each type of issue;
• Support the operations teams with improving their processes or requesting an IT enhancement when there is a process gap or system issue that is contributing to or exacerbating the number of IDoc failures;
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by analyzing internal and external reports and escalating or resolving discrepancies in case of misalignment;
• Escalate and transfer issues to the IT team for further analysis if the issue cannot be solved by the operations analyst.
• Monitor and track the progress of the ticket and provide updates to the operations team if needed.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management or in a similar program;
• Analytical, able to deep-dive into an issue to find the root cause;
• Ability to analyze and summarize large amounts of data;
• Has a sense of urgency;
• Detail oriented, able to understand the impact of decisions made and actions taken;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Effective communicator;
• Displays autonomy, able to prioritize tasks and organize their work efficiently to solve issues as soon as possible;
• Has a positive attitude, displays curiosity and a desire to learn;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Experience with SAP/WMS Systems is an asset;
• Understanding of supply chain and warehouse management.
