YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Manager, eCommerce & Digital Marketing, the Online Merchandiser, will deliver flawless execution of all digital merchandising plans and play a key role in furthering the acceleration of our eCommerce growth. The ideal candidate will be process driven and possess an analytic mindset, with the ability to synthesize and simplify complex information and balance our business needs with the needs of our consumers when it comes to products & promotions.

> Partner with Buying, Brand Commercialization, Product Development and Brand Development teams to build the key seasonal trends, product stories, and brand stories to ensure consistent product storytelling across all digital channels

> Build quarterly eComm merchandising plans, focused on achieving our sales & GM targets

> Oversee site management to ensure that the full assortment appears online, including navigation, product categorization, product images, descriptions, promotions and product groupings to support marketing initiatives

> Provide the Digital Marketing team with appropriate merchandising selections for on-site banners, emails, social media and external advertising placements

> Manage in-season business by tracking and analyzing sales, product/category performance and digital analytics to identify opportunities to increase sales and site conversion

> Build and analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to make customer-informed decisions around pre-season product strategy and in-season changing business needs

> Identify new business opportunities and recommend product groupings, initiatives, stories and product development based on consumer demand, industry trends, and search interest

> Manage all Online Merchandising calendars and workback schedules

> Manage execution and optimization of all product content on-site to maximize on-site conversion

> Monitor live sites daily to check for category navigation and product accuracy

> Collaborate with Photo Studio and Sample Management teams to ensure product photography is delivered on time and adheres to the brand guidelines

> Assist QA and development teams in defining test strategy, acceptance criteria, bug fixing and issue resolution

> Create and document merchandising best-practices, as well as build and maintain the repertoire of operational and system processes

> Manage, develop and grow a high-performance digital merchandising team to ensure flawless tactical execution through training, and process development and optimization

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

> 1-3 years of relevant experience

> A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

> Buying and/or Merchandising experience, ideally in the fashion/retail industry considered an asset

> Strategic and analytical mindset with high levels of business acumen, strong knowledge of Excel

> Experience with Digital Analytics, eCommerce platforms, knowledge of Google Analytics & SAP Hybris, is considered an asset

> Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and leadership skills

> Demonstrated ability to rally cross functional teams to meet business objectives and timelines for execution

> Extremely organized and process oriented. Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task with excellent attention to detail

> Strong work ethic, autonomous, and flexible with excellent interpersonal skills

> Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual (English, French) preferred
